[Resolved] Samsung India — improper installation of samsung ac

I have brought an ac two years ago. The engineers or installation workers installed the ac. But they have not block the gap in the wall between the indoor unit and outdoor unit of the ac. So the wire enterring pathway have space/holes. The rodents came to that pathway from outside and enter the ac, cut the wire of the ac and we are suffering from it. The workers are not say us about this at the time of installation and we are suffering for the damage. Kindly take steps about it.

I bought a samsung a70 a week ago in the description it was mentioned a high quality finger print face unlock and all features but non of them work properly they bought up a update but no use .
It cost me 30k but no use i want to complaint on them for faking
