I had complaint the samsung company for refrigerator on september 11, 2017. They have assured me that a man from the company visit to my residence for solving the problem. Now. Instead of any visit from the company to my residence they sent me a message on september 15, 2017 that "thank you for contacting samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily and also quote refrence no. [protected]. However, no one visit my house or no one call for refrigerator complaint.
