I had given my samsung phone to your service centre in vadodar india on 27 november 2017 as the display had stopped working and it was under warranty. My customer reference number is [protected].
I then got a message from samsung which is pasted above on 28 november 2017 and based on that i personally went to collect the same. I was told that the phone is ready but they cannot give it as they said that they have not received internal approval for the same. I mean what the hell... I showed them the message but they kept on saying that they cannot give without approval and they kept on calling god knows someone in customer care then on some other numbers and wasted an hour of mine.
I mean what the hell, is it my problem if your internal processes are not set. Why should the consumer suffer because of this.
Or is it the samsung policy that the consumers always comes last.
Seriously i think there is a big communication problem internally between samsung departments.
Also i doubt if you have any sop's laid out.
Despite the fact that i also spoke to the customer care... But as the name suggests customer care... I am sorry to say but they were completely careless and least bothered.
Is this the vision and mission of samsung for their consumers. Now honestly i have a doubt if i will get my phone asap and even i get it i doubt whether its my own phone or is it some second hand phone.
Sorry to say but these doubts are coming in my mind because of the way i was treated and made to run around like an # for an hour.
I hope samsung ho takes due notice of this and i do expect to get a reply from samsung ho.
