[Resolved]  Samsung India — jio sim not working

I have recently purchased a samsung j8 (Two month ago). For the last couple of days from 24th aug 2018, i am facing a issue with jio sim. It shows not registered on network and disconnectivity of call and network. Initially i thought of sim problem and given lot of complain regarding that including sim replacement. But the problem still persist. Then i visited samsung customer care and they suggest to format for binary updation. On 29th sep, i even do the same still the problem is there. After that i do experiment with other jio sim and other sim like vodafone and airtel sim. I found that only jio sim is not working in my handset. Even other jio sim is also not working in my handset.
