[Resolved]  Samsung India — led tv display damaged by service center.

I purchased a samsung led tv ua40k5570au from pai international showroom, bangalore on 17th march of 2017. We shifted to new house and while shifting our tv frame was misaligned on the right side and got cracked on left upper corner by mishandling but tv was working fine, there was no defect in picture quality and also audio. As my family decided to wall mount the tv they sent me the picture of the frame misaligned on 10th of august, i was afraid will this miss alignment causes any issues to tv if wall mounted, so i asked my wife to get estimation for replacing the frame, when my wife called r - logic service center on 12th august, they said display panel will cost 27000 rupees, she replied them, we don't need display only the frame is damaged. But he was not ready to listen, without seeing our tv he decided himself that display need to replace. She said since tv is working fine just do the wall mount. Then they said they will send technician. After a while she received the message that service engineer mr. Pandurang has been assigned for your request number [protected], but mr. Pandurang sent a technician called ajith for the wall mount, when ajith came my wife asked if he can align the frame, he acted like aligning it, it just needed a gentle push from backside to align, since i am in dubai and my wife afraid to attend it, we called these irresponsible and fraud people for the paid help. They asked 1500 rupees to do the wall mount.
Any tv back cover will have screws but this gentleman used a screw driver and he targeted correctly at the bottom center of the tv back cover and made a hole by breaking the cover, and cracking noise heard from tv as my wife said, he switched on the tv to confirm whether he successfully damaged it or not, and applause he did it well, he gave my wife a number just call this number he will repair it but he will charge you a small amount, when we seen the phone number he gave it was surprisingly none other than mr. Pandurang the service engineer of r-logic technology. I was shocked when i heard this from my wife.
Myself from dubai called service center and mr. Srinivas k attended the call and he said your wife asked estimation for display and my technician confirmed ur display is broken, he (Ajith) even didn't touched your tv, so we can't do anything. When i said she didn't asked for display she asked for the frame which was miss aligned, he replied frame and display are all one and the same, i was speaking so politely but he started rising and rude, when i asked he provided his email id and i forwarded the pictures my wife sent me on 10th of august and also the pictures after he damaged it. Even the photos were sent in whats app so picture title is the date of sent, it clearly justifies that on 10th of august my tv was good.
He still argued that picture you sent is not of full screen, ok but the lines which occurred after you people damaged are on the same place or area which my pictures are covered. He was not at all interested to take my complaint and replied so rudely,
I am also working in reputed service center, i am attending customers from multi nationalities. I know what is customer care and how to behave with customers, i am really shocked to see people representing the worlds best brand.
I could have bring tv from dubai with cheaper price of the same brand and model, only to get better and safe service i purchased in india, but people like srinivas, pandurang and ajith the r - logic technology team have shown how worse the service center can be.
In spite of several mails i didn't got a single reply mr. Srinivas he just ignored all my queries. Ajith was well instructed from service center to do so and he did it well, since a lady (My wife) is handling the case it was so easy for them to finish the task.

I believe ajith has damaged lvds cable or the control board not the display, these people are intended to bill for display and repair or replace cable or control board and make easy money. They closed ticket as not approved by customer. Without even checking the tv they are asking approval of 27000 plus labor charge that too after damaging it. Repairing a faulty product is called service center. Damaging the good product and demanding money for repairing the same is called robbery. Behaving polite doesn't mean that we are helpless.

I believe samsung india customer care will take action and justify my issue.
I need not to pay for an authorized service center mistake or trap. I demand free repair of my led display, i am least bothered about my tv frame since even after the frame was damaged my tv was working perfect.
You can see the pictures attached before and after the damage, my photos which are taken before damage are not of full screen but it has covered exactly or more than the space where the lines happened after he damaged it.
