[Resolved] Samsung India — led warranty not given by company

Dear sir/madam,

Samsung define to provide warranty due to tv is out of india. And totd that repair on chargeable basis.
We have looged three complaint. Samsung team checked the tv and assured that tv will be repaired in 7000 rupees for repair and we have already given 50 advance payment to your service center. But yet tv not repaired.

Please refer the samsung complaints as follows

Samsung complain no.: [protected] dated 04.10.2017
[protected] dated 09.10.2017
[protected] dated 12.10.2017

And they close the complaint without repair.

We have not received proper responce from your service center and call center.

Please help.
