We bought one samsung phone model : galaxy j1 4g serial no. Rz8j11aqnbv and model no. Sm-j120g/ds around 8 months back. During this 8th months we have got it repaired twice for screen problem.
Yesterday, we got it back after repair with the same screen problem. The screen problem is not repaired properly and it is carrying dark side at the top side of the display. It is also delivered with new problem of side button malfunctioning. We don’t expect this kind of product performance from such a reputed company product.
We request you to kindly get it replaced with new one or extend the warranty after 100% repair of the phone.

I have purchased J 7 pro 26 September. But after some tym it have some spots on screen. Now a days these spots are greater. So I want exchange it . I don't want replacement of screen. I want a new device. I attached a screen shot in which you can see it
