I have purchased a mobile of your company model J-7 Prime on 12 May 2017 from Universal Mega Store Pushpa Complex Hisar vide invoice number UMS/17-18/0228 dated 12 May, 2017. There is crack on USB cable pin which is straightly a manufacturing defect.
I approached in this regard to your mobile care but they refused to change it. When I argued with them again and again then they asked to deposit mobile set along with that cable but as we all know USB cable is purely different with handset which means they were just throwing the matter here and there.
Therefore I came back from there as it was purely unfeasible to give deposit the handset along with this cable.
I want to convey you in through this mail that
1. My Mobile handset is in warranty / guarantee period.
2. USB cable is having manufacturing defect so it deserves to be changed
3. I felt tired now after going this care and that care for this change.
Therefore I finally request you to change my USB cable keeping in mind it's manufacturing defect and guarantee period.
