I bought samsung ref - rt2735tnbbl on 23-12-12 from vijay sales. Just after 4.5 years, ref stopped cooling and i raised a complaint on 9/8/17 with compliant no. [protected]. My ref - compressor is still under warranty period. I tried complaining to vijay sales but they are also pathetic and once the product, they are not ready to support customers.
No solution found by samsung and their service provider - f1 solution.
Firstly, they took many days to arrange a home visit after repeated calls at samsung customer care and reason was lack of service kits / gas cylinder availability in gurgaon which is in ncr region and not a remote village.
Samsung started investigating the problem on 12/8, wasted so many days but could not find single cause of gas leakage and no cooling. We have been suffering in summer without fridge with no help / support from samsung as they offer delayed and pathetic service with incompetent staff, now they asking us to just pay money and get a new gas filed up and leave it to god and forgot about leakage as it is electronic product.
Without finding gas leakage, service engineer mentioned that this defect is very very rare, 1 in thousand type which could be a manufacturing defect, samsung is not taking any responsibility of faulty product, no feedback calls received from customer care, no tat for closing complaints, no buyback policy for faulty product.
Samsung engineers are not interested in finding root cause problem and asking to spend more without any guarantee and warranty, i have not heard of any fridge becoming useless in 4 years except samsung and will not buy any samsung product in future. Was this information helpful? |
