We purchased samsung mw from chroma in hyderabad on 7 august 2017. It was installed on 9 august, found defective on 19 august 2017. Further, the engineer came to check the defect on 21st august at 8 pm after persistent follow up and numerous calls. He found a part defective and took the microwave for repair.
We understand that a part needs to be replaced and will take a week. We have lost our confidence in samsung products as this is our second bitter experience after a bad battle with samsung acs. Our local service center is s v electronics. We have requested the person in charge, mr. Srikant, to either replace the machine with a new one or refund the money paid for the mw.
