[Resolved]  Samsung India — microwave repair request

Have purchased a samsung microwave from ezone pune a few years ago. Recently it stopped functioning and since then i have been trying to raise service requests/complaints through retail stores. Once a representative gave a call however he didn't turn up as scheduled.
Please let us know how to escalate this complaint and ensure the appliance is repaired and in working condition.
