I had purchased samsung a6+ mobile phone from amazon almost 5 months old. Now my earphone is not working and i happened to call the service center to get my accessory replaced. Spoke with jyotsna, who literally sleeping on call and no proper response. Asked her to transfer the call to the manager, placed my call on for more than 8 minutes and later she said she will arrange a callback from the department.
Later, i received the call from sushma from samsung and she repeated the same thing.
I did not understand, why i have to update my software in the device to get my headphones replaced??? Also, if anything related to updating and information of replacement, why samsung wants to update software in my device?? Or is this the way you cheat the customer?? Was this information helpful? |
