I dr. Rajesh kumar more had purchased samsung s7 edge on 25/10/16 from samsung plaza emall they forced me to purchase phone insurance for rs 4500 of a company named apps daily which i thought was a sister concern of samsung.
I purchased the insurance getting assurance from samsung plaza that i will get free replacement within 10 days of any damage/theft of the phone.
After 10 months my phone's screen got damaged, so i went to the samsung plaza store to get it repaired. Samsung plaza manager mr. Sanjay sen told me that the insurance company has winded up their business so samsung plaza can't honor the insurance cover. Mr sanjay sen even has provided in writing that they are not responsible for the products they have sold. And regarding any complain i can visit samsung customer care center lee road.
When i visited samsung customer care, their executive ms. Bharati chandra told that they were not responsible for the products being sold at samsung stores other than samsungs own product. Thus she endorsed that they can sale any product under the cover of samsung official outlets without being responsible for the same.
She further referred me to samsung executive mr. Sanjay dubey

Both of them did not respond to any of my repeated requests.
