I purchased samsung galaxy m40 mobile on 16 july 2019 and delivered on 19 july 2019. The problem start within 10 day and now the problem is continuing.
I am giving the sequence
1) it was not take charge from 29 july 2019 so i deposit it samsung customer service on 30 july 2019. The bill no of service centre bokaro is [protected]. I am requesting for replace my mobile because it is not work within 10 days. As per samsung policy if mobile has hardware problem within the 14 days of purchase than samsung will replacement mobile. I send mail for replacement but they denied for replacement and the samsung service team repaired and they repaired and return this mobile to me on 13 august.
2) further it face problem in the mobile is hanging problem and again i deposit it to samsung care on 05/09/2019 and the bill no are [protected] and again it repaired by 12/09/2019. I want replacement but they gave 6 month additional warranty and give assurance if further problem face they will take up and help me.
3) once again on 29/09/2019 this mobile could not take charge. I deposited my mobile to bokaro service team. The bill no: [protected]. This time once again i requested to samsung team to replacement of this faulty mobile but they reply you want repaired mobile not replacement. I am share copy of mail for proof that i want replacement not repair but they are adamant and samsung care team told me your mobile quality is improve please take your phone from service center. I am taken my mobile on 17 october 19. After 2- 3 days is i deposit this mobile to service center, bill no [protected] for hanging problem. But they said this phone is ok and return back. But problem remain continue i share the video of mobile hanging problem and screen freezing to samsung service team but they denied and reply when we check it is work fine.
4) once again 14.12.2019 this mobile could not take charge and the charging problem appears third time i complain to samsung care no. They reply deposit it service center but 14 december was sunday and 16 december the service center was closed due to election in bokaro so again i deposit it at service center on 17.12.2019, bill no [protected]. But once again they repair and return back to me this mobile. Continuously it has problem charging and hanging but samsung always said we repaired next time you will not face problem but problem repeat and repeat. I lost my rs 19999 and mental peace to samsung.
As per their policy this mobile will replace on the first instance of the problem but they are not listening
Please help me.
