I state that i had purchased a mobile model sm-a7 and serial no rz8j126ex6b ([protected]) and i am writing to you to complaint about the mobile display. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 6 years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time i am dissatisfied with the service you have provided.
I state that suddenly my mobile display and screen touch not working when i had received one call and thereafter i visit your nearest samsung service center, borivali (West).
I state that the executive told me that your mobile display has danged and you had pay rs 5, 500 for your display and they taken my complaint (Bill no [protected]) and suggest me that if you have any problem that you can contact with service center.
I state that not single scratch on my mobile and also mobile is under warranty the how can i paid for this.
Therefore i request you to solve the above said issues and repair the above said mobile in free service.
