I am having a samsung s7 edge 128 gb internal storage phone,
Which met with a defect as it came in contact of water, when i was outside in rain. As this model is have an ip protection of level 68 even then the device was not protected when came in contact of water.
I have submitted a phone to the samsung customer service (Ref complaint number [protected]). They say the defect can be claimed under warranty, i am surprise why cant i claim the defect as the mobile is still in warranty period.
They are giving an excuse that the mobile was in a depth of water more then as per the ip protection standards.
As i the premium user of samsung who always wait for the new models of samsung, justify that the mobile was in contact of water in rain
I want to know how do your technical department check the defect and on which machine. How the defect is analyses on machine for depth of water as per ip standards and pressure as per standards.
