[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone charger replace issue

Hi team,
I went to samsung service centre new krishna park jankapuri new delhi, your representative mr. Shokeen was misbehave with me and also not repalced charger. They told me we can provide token no. Till 6 pm but as discussed in morning they told, we provide support til 8 pm, and they give excuse your charger is damage, we can't replace this but i checked charger is working but slowly.
Please look into this matter on priority.
Your team is not respond as soon as then we can go to consumer forum.

Please review the complain details

Summary:- Authorized Samsung removed and replaced parts from the phone given for service, same was confirmed by second authorized service center I visited.

Yet no response from Samsung. When proof was available.
