[Resolved]  Samsung India — mobile phone delivery

Dear sir,
I have to get samsung j7 prime delivery but i got wrong parcel. I complaint about it and they said that we replace your parcel within 7 days but now 1month have been passed and i haven't got my parcel and also they are not recieving my call. Plz help me in getting my good. I have already paid for it. I didn't get parcel or my money.
