We bought an S8 phone but after using it, after 15 days we found that it emits heavy radiation, so we contacted Samsung and informed about this issue but they have no clue about what we are talking about. When I directly went to service center and showed the proof, that stupid customer service guy is laughing and telling that "We wont trust third party apps sir, we will go only through *#07#". That number is predefined and my complaint is that it emits radiation over than amount which is showing in the phone.They failed to take my complaint and not even checked my phone, he just asked me to move away. Very worst product and company ever, all are cheaters. Everyone in call are transferring and telling something but no way of solution. Please help us to fix this issue.
