Dear team,
I had purchased samsung galaxy j4 mobile from lavi communication on november 25, 2018. From last month i am facing very low sound issue during call in this phone. My phone is under warranty so i had approached samsung kashipur service center (Area pincode: 244713). Service center had submitted my phone for one day and informed me that we have replaced the phone speaker. I request them to provide the job sheet or job sheet reference number but they denied and informed me that as per their process they are not supposed to provide the job sheet or details to customer. Now i am facing more issues with my phone after service. After service call now incoming call sound is very less and i am also facing heating issue.
I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue asap or to change my phone as it is in guarantee period. Also provide me proper documentation of this phone repairing history. Was this information helpful? |
