Dear samsung team,
I have purchased samsung mobile j7 prime on 21st may 2017. Somehow charger of the mobile is damaged so i went to your authorised service station at srk enterprise at galaxy building nr. Shivranjani cross ahmadabad gujarat
I met one guy for charger damaged as in the mobile box i found that i got the warranty for mobile 1year and for accessories it's 6months.
Based on that commitment mentioned in new purchased mobile box i went to your authorised service station and i got poor response from the authorised store and the guy told me that they don't know how yhe charger damaged so they will not respond my query and they also told me samsung mobile has not provided warranty for accessories.
Need your clarification on this on top most priority.
