I have Bought Samsung j2 pro on 1st January 2018, sudden on 6th august 2018 its stop working, I Had taken it to the Service center shri communication Jaunpur on 7th august and they accepted it and gave me a receipt ( mention ). after 2 weeks they told me there is no parts available and they gave me new date of 18th September against and against they only gave me new dates finally on 25th September i called to customer support they told me "sir this parts is not available on that particular service center please take you cellphone and give it to our larger service center like Allahabad or Lucknow". finally i had taken it to the service center Allahabad, i wondered when they denied to accept my cellphone and told me some parts are missing they gave me in written parts which are missing, now again i returned to Jaunpur service center and showed him written note which was given to me from Allahabad service center now they told me sir i can only fixed your cellphone missing parts, again i can not change your motherboard, when i called to customer support they told me do not worry sir our local area manager will help you at your door step within 24hours but now its more than 48hours i got no help.
from 7th August to till now i suffered with that issue, now only 2months left in my cellphone warranty card,
kindly help me as soon as possible.
