Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchased my mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on 17/09/2018.
and was facing issue of Display yellowish.
I have visited samsung service centre Bhiwandi (Dist-Thane) Maharashtra, on 12 July 2019, Samsung Service Centre executive told me that ur mobile is in full warranty we will repair ur mobile within one day, u can come and collect the same on next day.
when i called next day for update they told me that ur mobile is not ready.
till now whenever I have contacted samsung Customer care or Service Centre they don't have answer when it will get ready, they only have one fix answer that repair work in process, How irresponsible this people, Don't you think they must have to give me some fix date or time.
Samsung Customer care staff even not ready to understand that because of their delay/laziness what kind of lose facing by customer, Now they are saying that we have policy that it take 20 days for repairing, if we may accept that, it is true then why it is not mentioned in Samsung Acknowledgement which they gave me at the time of Mobile Accepting for Repairing. if they can mention 30-35 lines in small words as terms and conditions then why this condition is not mentioned in that?
I told Customer care staff till today i[censored]r not able to resolve the issue, then kindly refund my money on that also they don't have proper answer they just casually answer that we can't refund ur money.
can we consider that this Samsung company can do repair mobile as per their convenient time? we can’t do anything on this?
