Sir mai ankit yadav kanpur se, maine shyam telecom se samsung mobile 21/12/2016 ko liya tha 13/7/2017 ko mai chunni ganj mobile lekr gya mobile ki screen white ho jati thi hang krta tha or heat krta tha kabhi kabhi mobile ki button kam ki krti thi jb mai chunni ganj gya to sir ne kha ki mall road jao jb mai mall road gaya to mobile deposit kr liya or 15 din bad bulaya jb mai waha pahucha to sir ne kaha ki abi apka mobile sahi ni ho skta aap kl aaiye mujhe 10 bar wapse kiya 16/8/2017 ko jb mai lene gya to kaha ki aj ni mil skta fir jb maine customer form me complain krne ko kha to unhone 1 hour me wapse krne ko kha mai 3 hour tk wait krta rha lekin wapse nhi kiya fir jb maine request ki tb sir ne mera mobile sahi krne ko diya pure 4 hour k bad mujhe mobile mila 29/8/2017 ko mera mobile fir se kharab ho gya jb mai mall road gaya to sir kahte h ki mai ni sahi krunga kisi dusre service center me jao ab btaiye sir mai kya kru
