Purchased on 10 oct 2017, given for service under warranty to madurai service centre [protected] - saravana electronics on sat 4 nov 2017 no:[protected] and they told that it will be rectified the next day, but upto this day, it was not rectified, when we ask over ph, they used to reply that the man who attended the ph has gone on leave... What does it mean, after a period of one week. Can you please look into this matter and allow it give back the ph which i gave much money thinking that samsung is a good product, is it correct
