Respected manufacturer,
I bought a mobile handset having model no.- sm-j700fzkdins (Serial no.- rz8j60c7afw-[protected]) on the dated 26/06/2017 and problem took place in charging which was certainly the fault in manufacturing.
I had given it to the service centre : [protected] p. G. H. Marketing at new chowk, japlinganj, ballia-277001 on 28th of october, 2017 and they promised it to hand over on the last saturday (04th of october) but they didn't do so and asked to come on 10th of october, 2017. Befpre going to the agency i got confirmed through the customer care in this regard that service centre is ready to hand over.
Again i found myself helpless when they refused to hand over by calling me again on monday (13/10/2017).
Many more new contacts are there in my phone and i feel miser on myself.
I do hope your company will take prompt action and will make sure for the better service in the both aspects product and service as well.
