On 15 august, 2017 my phone stopped working, i tried several times but it was not starting. On 16 august, 2017 i visited samsung service centre at vikas marg, delhi and they clearly denied to operate my mobile under warranty. My phone is under warranty. There is no physical damage, breakage or even scar on phone till date.
I was told that i have to pay an amount for motherboard to get my mobile repaired. Is this for what i bought samsung handset to pay repairing cost under warranty and that is also even without a fault from my side. I will never ever buy any samsung products again in my life and will do all possible to prevent anyone i know - or even don't know (Through blogs, etc) from never buying a samsung product. I had already filed a complaint on consumer forum and will definitely escalate this matter to higher authorities. Company may asked for replacement, or at-least repair the defective part free of cost. They are demanding some rupees for repair. It is injustice to ask payment during warranty period. Please take action against this problem and resolve them because i am facing lot of problems and harassment from handset.
