[Resolved]  Samsung India — my samsung led tv appears blue line and they are not responding

Sir. We want to say that last month we got a issue in my samsung led tv.. Its happen after completing of 1year warranty and next month its appeared like blue line.. Sir we are middle class family we leave in rent room we dont have more money to resolve this they are asking 15000 rupee for a panel. How can we manage sir i hope you will raise my voice against this brand. We buyed this tv in emi. And i also mail them but they are not responding me. I also text them in samsung support website but getting a reply they said we believe in 1 year warranty after that the itme is available in chargeable price and the proce is 15000 rupee.. Sir i beg you plz do something for us..
