I mr. Swapnil lohar wrinting this as im already fed up of the service i'm getting from samsung. I bought samsung galaxy s8 plus on 9th of july. And on the 5th day of purchase the mobile got freezed for more than 8 hrs. And later when i took it to the service center n asked for replace of the mobile as it was new and was having problems. And i was answered that it wont be replaced as it is software issue, and the just updated and gave it back to me. Now on the 15th day of purchase the mobiles display went blank, as it was night so i had to visit the service center on the 16th day. So even at that time i requested them to make a replace since it has given the problem again. And the manager at dadar east service center mrs. Kalpana spoke very rudely and said it wont be replaced as it has crossed 14 days now, n we will just replace the screen and give it back.. And she asked me to submit the phone.. And later in the name of gst she kept the phone for more than 20-22 days and then returned it. At that time i also visited mr. Amol sawant the head for service in mumbai at goregaon office... And he said we will try for replace.. But there was no result. Again the mobile started freezing... And had to do the software again... And regarding software update it was never getting completed at home on wifi at the speed of 10mbps.. As well as the fast charging wasnt working.. And for this i visited the sercive center in vashi as mrs. Kalpana was very rude at dadar east. And when i went at vashi the told me that if the mobile is facing software issue since starting then i'll have to visit the service center oftenly... When i asked to resolve the issue or give me the replacement he said i can only make an software update naothing else and even the charger wasnt availabe with the service center. And i also asked him clearly what about the software update after warrantee, and he replied me that "you will have to pay for that after 1 year", is this the solution and service what i get from samsung? I have also made multiple complaints to samsung customer care with the registered number [protected]...
Now i just need the replacement of the mobile and no repairs. I'm fed up of visiting service center now and then i have my work too.
And if this is not done i will file a case in consumer court against samsung.
Please do the needful, this is a humble request.
