[Resolved] Samsung India — never mind offer delay in repair

It's 15th day today i have given my phone note 8 to the service centre for display change under never mind offer scheme and still the reply from everywhere is we/they haven't got the approval so we can't do anything.. Seriously, no approval in 15 days.. What kind of service is this.. I would not have given my phone if i knew they will keep my phone for weeks and still no assurance of anything... Bill no.
