Bought new phone from connexions arcade, shimla vide memo no. 56756 dt.31/08/2017 (Samsung j730) iemi-[protected]. On 16th sept. 2017 stopped charging. Reported the problem to dealer who directed to customer care. Received a call from customer care that mother board needs to be replaced. I donot want to retain repared phone after paying more than rs. 20, 000/-.
You are kindly aware that i am retired public sector officer without any pension. At this stage of my life spending such an amount for a repaired phone is not appreciable.
