[Resolved]  Samsung India — no proper response for the washing machine repair

I have bought the front load samsung washing machine 6 months before, last 4 days its not working. I have registered a compliant in [protected] (On 1st jan 2019) - which was cancelled by customer support team mentioning that, its wrong area (Even the address was clearly mentioned in the portal (As porur) it was updated as thambaram and declined. Again another compliant registered with samsung call centre ([protected] - venkatesh /). The support team was not at all giving proper guidance and support. The washing machine is having 3 years warranty for whole machine and 10 years warranty for the motor. Can you help to fix the issue. We have elder people and 4 days cloths are spread across home. Very disappointing experience with samsung.
