I have purchase one side by side refrigerator by paying rupees 86000 before 4 years. In last 4 years the refrigerator was having cooling problem since last 3 years. every time mechanic of Samsung comes and refills gas and takes 2000 rupees and after 2/3 month again the same problem persists. there is no permanent solution to the problem of refrigerator of a company like Samsung. now again the refrigerator was defective and nobody is coming since last 2-3 months for repair of the refrigerator after repeated requests. On complain on your website on dt.16.07.18, one Sri Sandip from Samsung called me on 17.07.18 and assured me the same will be repaired permanently by their senior technician. The technician came on dt.19.07.18 and after checking informed me that the freeze can not be repaired at my place and required to take it to their workshop about 55 km away. I allowed them to take but they refused and said the freeze has to sent by me to their workshop and take back after repair by my own expenses. And repair is not guarantted as the internal condensor might be leaking. I tried to contract Mr.Sandip but he could not be contacted.
The freeze is guarented for 10years for cooling. I request Samsung to replace the freeze as it is giving trouble since purchase and I have spent much for repair for such a costly freeze. I am ready to buy back on prorata basis. Was this information helpful? |
