[Resolved]  Samsung India — no response / visit by mechanic even in 9 days in spite of multiple telephone call

I have register a call for side by side refrigerator on 30 july. Complaint no. [protected]. Mobile no. [protected]. Under name girish gangwal d5/5 essar township hazira surat pin 394270. No one attended till so far. I have called 6-7 times at call centres for the same issue. Replied — each time wrested time only on cell details, fridge details, add, problem nature after my answer they said - escalated to higher level, some one will visit in 24 hrs. I[censored] can't serve then why not say - we. Samsung can't. I hope some answer from the company/ management.
