[Resolved] Samsung India — no support from customer care, kaithal | |||||
I & my family are using only samsung mobile from last 8 years. I have purchased samsung j7max on 1st oct 2017. On 4th oct. This mobile start finger touch, music volume & started hanging. I have contacted to samung care. They have updated software, but problem is not resolved. Two times software is updated. On 13-10-17, i have faced some problem again. I have contact to care to replace this set, but there response was unexpected. They are not ready to replace my phone. I was totally surprised. I can not expect such reply from samsung Earlier have referred to my friends to purchase same phone, but now myslef is facing such problem. I have purchased Samsung led tv 2 yrs back and now it's picture tube not working.
I raised a complaint against this in customer care they charge 20000 for picture tube.
Is this justifiable that a tv picturetube got damage is 2yrs.
