Hi. I have ordered a8+ from samsung estore on 13th feb to be shipped to my office address. On placing the order i realised that the color order was black iso gold. I called the helpdesk within 15 mins and requested for change in colour and delivery address. The request was accepted and was assured that the needful would be done.
Later that evening i got an email and sms alert that the package would be shipped vide awb # [protected] of bluedart. I called up the helpdesk who informed me that only awb has been generated and product would be shipped as per my revised instructions only.
Later that night i got an alert stating that the package has been shipped to my office address.
Till date no update is available with either samsung or with blue dart about the whereabouts of my shipment. Bluedart says they havent been handed over the shipment till date.
Samsung says shipment has been shipped.
Need your help in sorting out the issue.
