Dear sir,
I have written many emails to samsung regarding my complaint but not receiving any response.
I have booked samsung on7 pro mobile for my father on[protected] with order id[protected] and amount was paid online. I have lodged a complaint on[protected] for non delivery of mobile. Another email was sent on[protected] and received a complaint # [protected]. The strange thing is no one has called on the number given while booking the phone and my father has received a phone call on[protected] and the person was enquiring the delivery address. Another call was received on[protected] and shocked to hear that phone has already delivered but it was not.
I have send another email to mr. Abhishek about this matter and next day my father has received a call saying that the phone will be delivered either in 2 days or the order will be cancelled. After that i have send couple of emails to mr. Abhishek and asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount since my father has purchased another phone. But no one has replied to my email and update me on the matter.
Dear sir - since the phone is not delivered and we have wasted lot of time on this. I request you to please cancel my order and refund the amount.
