I placed request for installation of my side by side door referigrator (Which has in built ro and ice maker) on 4 may service no [protected]. Service engineer yasin visit my place on 5 may but made excuse that as he is not carrying pipe for ro connection so he will get that and after that only do installation. But next on 6 may i kept calling yasin (Made 3 calls) till evening where kept on giving assurances. But to my surprise i received sms from samsung stating that my request is canceled.
I called up customer care to check they gave me 2 different reasons for cancelling
1. Couldn’t reach to me on phone.
2. I refused to pay service charges.
Both reasons are contradictory.
But i again registered request again but all in vain as i am calling customer care again again inpiste of calling 3 calls, 01 of which was 1 he long. Neither they are permitting me for getting installation done from anyone else as warranty of samsung will expire. I have suffered following losses due irrattic and non responsible behaviour of samsung service center
1. Water bottle 1 ltr - 45 no - 900
2. Food wasted (3 days) - 3000
3. Fruits vegetables and milk spoiled 1100.
4. Harassment and speaking explain my case from customer care executives to floor managers to avm of samsung and listening and pleading for resolution. - 30000
Total - 35000
Kindly take action against service provider
