[Resolved]  Samsung India — note 5 mobile misguidance from service center in chest also

My product note 5 was lcd damaged rest the phone was all ok charging blue light as well the down sensor all were working but when i gave it to service center at lamingtom road mumbai they only told me that the lcd is broken n it will cost me 10000 i said ok but the data of mine should not be erased they told ok we will take care for the same this was the incident of friday. I got a call from the service center on monday stating that the circuit is also damaged and the home button is also not working so i said how did this happen they told u have to change the motherboard cost 16000 home strip cost 1800 and chargong flex cost 3000 n lcd 10000 so i said no gve me my mobile in the same position again they said ok
But when i have gone to collecct the mobile was dead they kept me waiting for an hour n said me that i shoul come after 1 day n collect the second day i visited n collct the phne in the same condition but now i saw that my charger was not connecting n not getting charge i told the service cneter people but they ignore n said it will happen with my og charger i left after that i visit a local repair center n told to look into the mobile after opening the mobile the repair person just attched a fully working lcd and the mobile was fully workin i told him to check my home he said it is also working i took the video of the same and complaine the same they said u r telling lie and u need to pay a service charge of 177 i told u people are cheat u are taking money for what when all things were ok please look in to the matter contact number is [protected]

I said u have made a fraud n not told me that if i dont do there is a minimum service charge also the techinician siting inside the lamington road service center mumbai are lacking knowledge as they are unable to understand that a fully working mobile phne cannotbe dead n people are made fool easily from their wnd pleasee look in to my problm and take a strict action against the whole staff
