I, the undersined would like to draw your kind attention to the open racketeering in your sumsung service centre, Karuna Management Services, located at Chittaranjan avenue, kolkata. I have purchased a samsung galaxy j7 max on 16th january, 2018. While inserting sim card and memory card with the help of the cage, the memory card got entangled in the slot no. 1, I tried to take it out but failed and have gone to the above service centre to get it out from the slot. The F2F Engineer Ms Mollika Halder and the Master Engineer Mr. Rajib Das, without inspecting the device, have told me to pay an amount of Rs. 8658.26 for repairing as the device is damaged according to them. I have repeatedly requested them to inspect the device and simply to take the stuck memory card out from the slot and confided them that nothing more had happened to the device but they didn't listen to me and misbehaved. After that I had gone directly to the Reliance Mall from where I have purchased this and the salesman had managed to take the card out from the slot in a few seconds and inserted two sims and one memory card successfully and the device was okay. It is still working efficiently.
Under the above circumstances you are requested to to take strict action against the culprits otherwise I will go to the Consumers Forum to claim a compensation of Rs. 5 Lakh for misbehavior and giving me mental agony by asking me the exorbitant charge which is nothing but the racketeering looming large in this centre. This is not the first instance I had faced but earlier this centre had asked far an exorbitant charge for my samsung tablet the on n off switch was not working. I got the device back and went away .
