Hello,
I placed order for samsung s8+ 128 gb on your byod portal (Corporate) on 05.07.2017 using my hdfc card with no cost emi (12 months tenure). The order number is[protected]
As per terms listed on your website, the refund of interest portion of emi (Approx rs. 5000/-), was to be credited to my card account within 90 days, i. E. By 05.10.2017, which did not happen. I called your customer care, sent emails just to get time extension, but to no avail. I even contacted hdfc, they told that the refund has to be initiated from samsung end.
Now, i was also eligible for rs. 3000/- cashback for paying through hdfc bank card. I added same card in samsung pay, immediately upon receipt of phone. As per the terms listed on the website, the cashback was to be credited to my card account by 30.11.2017. This date has passed, but cashback has not been credited.
I am clueless, as, i do not know, where to escalate the matter, and how such a customer friendly organization, can act so irresponsibly.
Please contact me at [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]@ntpc.co.in, in case any further information is required, and please help, i may be loosing on rs. 8000/-, but samsung is loosing a loyal customer for a lifetime.
