My name is akshay kumar sharma. And last year on 28th of october i purchased 2 j7 prime.
And from last 3 months i visiting to your samsung service centre. During 1st time my otg was not working, so i visited your service centre and during that time they told me that if you brush the socket then you will be able to use. So i told him that i already checked all the thing after that i come here. And then take my phone and resolve my issue.
And after some days i facing the issue with my back key and charging problem so again i visit the store and then 1st of all they refuse to take my phone and the reason is i was visited on friday so they told me... Sir because of friday parts are not available so please come again on monday so i tell him that it's ok no problem you can take my phone now and when it will repaired so please let me know i will come.. Ok.. So one of your executive was irritate because of me.. And after he take my phone and give me the receipt.. And on wednesday they called me and tell me that sir your phone is not repairable in warranty because of it is liquid damage so i visited the store on the same day.. And they realized me like i done a biggest mistake to purchase a samsung phone... Because i told him that there is no such thing that you are telling me about.
I also know that liquid damage is not counting on warranty period... But they didn't listen me and take the receipt and they give me my phone and inform me that if you want to repair your mobile phone outside of warranty so will be charged 10300rs... So i refuse them and i collect my phone and then i complain on your website about the same thing but i did not get any response. And i am using my phone like i purchased a second hand phone. Some time its working or some time don't.. And now the fingureprint sensor is not working again i visited at your centre and they same process they done and after 2 days they inform me that there is some liquid damage so it's not repairable in warranty and outside warranty charge is the same amount 10300 rs. But this time they cross the limit they did not fit my phone correctly... Because of vibration the screen is also vibrate and from one side of screen in the right side display light is coming out. But they refuse to fix that issue...
Hence i called up in customer care at 8.50 pm and my service request no. Is [protected].
He had done my verification and told me that sir you will get call or mail from our side with in 24 hrs working hrs, but i didnt get any call from your side.
And also i asked for escalation matrix and email id of your md and ceohe bluntly told me that we have dont have such kind of information. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.
Hope you understand my issue also can put out recording in 24hrs of the call which i made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly. Which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.
Waiting for a an early revert...
Please take care of your customers... Because of them you are samsung...
