I am a samsung customer i bought samsung j14g (Imei no.:[protected]) on 10/04/2017 & it got complaint on 19/4/17. The reciever was not clear. And first service was conducted on 19/4/17 and they softwared the phone. On 12/5/17 the same problem repeated again the softwared the phone. On 16/5/17 they repalace the audio reciever. On 7/7/17 the board has been replaced on 29/07/2017 the phone became hang and i approach the same service centre they told me there they will observe the phone for 2 days and they give service accordingly as a customer their service center details given below

As a customer am not satisfyied by your service. Between 10/04/2017 & 29/07/2017. I had visited 5 times on service centre but no proper service had been done yet the problem repeated 5 times. So i need to get refund of the phone as a solution. I need to get a call from the authority within 7 days. If i didn't get a respond from you on after 05/08/2017. I will move on consumer court with a request for refunding. Here attach the scaned documents of job sheet & warranty details
