Dear samsung team,
This is with respect to my samsung telephone that i bought a 10months back. I have a strong relationship with samsung as being a senior citizen i always prefer to buy samsung products all the time and even i recommend everyone to buy samsung products only.
This is the first time when i confronted an issue because of that i can't charge my phone. Most noticeably awful thing is that i had a truly terrible experience with samsung repair center on account of their un-proficient conduct and straight away response to deny to repair the item. They said that this issue can't be settled, just way out is to purchase a new motherboard for this headset.
Most importantly, my item is under guarantee, why do i pay for it? My way o[censored]tilizing the headset is extremely exquisite. I utilize my phone to answer the call and at whatever point there is a need. I take care of my assets just like a baby.
This is a technical problem in my headset due to that i am suffering since i bought this cell phone.in the beginning, i was confronting hanging and warming issue which i usually ignore it expecting this is a minor issue and will be settled for some time. Then this thing happened.
Your service centre team assured me that i will get a call from samsung head office as they have raised my requested to senior authorities but my complaint is totally ignored as it is almost two weeks. I am as yet sitting tight for a call from your end with the goal that my handset will be repaired soon.
Have attached the invoice original copy and my complaint copy for your ready reference.
I have a full faith in samsung…please help me in this matter.
