The above complaint was registered and after several reminders mr. Nanje gowda had visited in my absence when my kids were at home, giving reason that the mother board was spoilt. I had told him to wait for 10 mins and he din't even bother to wait and left the house without giving the estimate. When i called him he told to contact the customer care about the estimate of repair. When i contacted csc i was informed to replace the mother board which costs apx. 7000 and we agreed for it. After 5days, on[protected] he came to replace the mother board. Even after replacing the mother board tv was not switching on and he was not able to find out the actual problem. He left the house informing that he will contact me today[protected] by 10:00 am and let me know the actual problem. But up to 4:00pm he din't bother to call me. The person and the csc are themselves not answering to my phone calls and again around 4:30pm i complained to the cc and then at 5:00pm the person mr. Nanje gowda called and informed that tv panel has to be replaced which costs apx. 23, 000 without inspecting the tv.in complaint status, it was updated that customer is not responding the calls and the customer's address is not traceable which is a false report updated in the system, as he had visited my place yesterday itself.
Is this the way #samsung customer care is providing service to the customers. We regret to inform that we have brought sumsung product without knowing about this type of false assurances.
Will you take necessary action regarding this and let us know the status at the earliest.
