This email is regarding a complaint that has been filed to you guys since 7 days. My 43 inch plasma tv had some issue i called your engineers they said they will have to take it to the serive station. The next day your people took the tv to your service station then i got a call saying that it has some power issue in the next call they said there is an issue with the display of the tv anyway i told them to repair they said it would cost me 16k i agreed and gave them a go ahead then in the next call they said the part that they have to replace is out of stock and they will have to return the tv as they cang repair it and then they sent it back.
I called then again asking what am i suppose to do now as i have a samsung tv and incase anything goes wrong samsung is suppose to repair it for me.
And i got a reply that i am suppose to buy a new tv.
Since then i have been making calls to your tv department and each person who speaks to me says "i am fowarding this request and you will get a call with in 24hrs" everyday there is a new person i am speaking to and getting the same reply no one is helping me and my tv isnt working since 10 days now
Kindly look into the matter and let me know how exactly can happen in such a situation.
