I have samsung note 4 which was suddenly stopped working and got blank on 10th august 2017 and on 12th august we went to samsung service centre, hcl service limited d-1 sector-3, 09-up-201305 (Center no [protected])
It was informed by samsung technical team that the mother board is corrupted and since the product is under warranty, it will replaced free of within a week time. But there was no phone call received from samsung about the status and for the resolution.
After chasing multiple times, samsung service team noida, informed it will take more time as they are not getting the parts. After almost 4 weeks they called and informed the set was ready so come & collect.
When we reached to the counter where ms. Asha gautam was seated, she was rude and started misbehaving when asked for receipt and warranty need to be carry forward since there was a manufacturing defect & under warranty. Warranty expires on 17th sep 2017
If the mother board of phone set is replaced by samsung then why the warranty should not be revised.
She was shouting and completely refused to entertain us which was not acceptable. There was nobody who is ready to listen our problem and ultimately we have to left the place.
I must say the support service of samsung was filthy, defective & unfinished.
They really dont care about the after sale service and nobody want to take onus for the same.
Hence i would to please take up the issue and provide solution on the same Was this information helpful? |
