Thanks for responding, however this is not fair in what you and your team has been concluding though after several reminders that they have not informed me that the glass may get broken. If at all they would have informed me that touch glass would be broken. Yes, i agree they don't know till they open the mobile but yet they should have informed me that "if at all while repairing the mobile if they found display as repaired one then there may b chance of getting broken" this statement this should have informed me prior, then i would have been in my risk. But they dint informed me this thing they informed me only regarding back panel might get broken but they dint informed me anything regarding touch and display. Now they have broken touch and also camera clarity not working properly. I need them back in same condition how it was earlier.
Yes, if they had informed me earlier i would have accepted but they dint informed me anything regarding mobile touch
Tough they don't know till they open mobile yet they should have informed me that "if at all while repairing, while opening the mobile if they found display as repaired, then there may b chance of getting broken" if they had said this then i would have accepted complete liability but now you cannot put complete liability on customer
This is very unexpected response and we are not satisfied at all with you and your team.
