[Resolved]  Samsung India — poor response on complaint

I lodged comp. For my tv 40" curved on 10/09 [protected], eng. Amol assigned, as per eng. Need one more eng. To handle the comp so he will attain the comp. On 17/09, after one day i got sms from service center we tried not able to cont. You.
Again on 17/09 after waiting for him lodged a complaint [protected] same eng. Assigned and at around 7.00pm his reply was same. I am shocked how come job distributed to engineer without analysis of type of comp. Or model.

Please look in to the matter imm. And resolve the issue.

Is there any one who can really address my concern. Why at the time of allocation of job information about model and problem not provided to engineer repeatedly and because of that why should I suffer. why not Samsung service agency,
