I regreet to inform all of samsung mobile phone is the worst product and samsung company unable to provide the customer service, all call centre people make the wrong commitment and misguide to the customer, i long the complaint on 12/08/2017 and submit / handover the phone at service centre, i long i suffer because of your third class after sales service.
Kindly explain what is the meaning of warranty period, 6 days has been passed but still no solution provide by samsung india.
Why i choose your phone or suggest to another people.
Refund my money or replace this defective product.
